This article will walk you through the steps to Add an Appointment in the Calendar in GO (mobile).
NOTE: If you use Catalyst Data Collection and are integrated you will now see your Client Appointments (read-only) in the new Catalyst App on the Student Dashboard. For more information, please see Integrated Calendar with WebABA.

Add an Appointment
- Click on the Calender+ Icon to Add an Appointment.
This will bring up the Add Appointment window.
- Click Select Authorized Service to populate Client and Service information.

Select Client and Service from the popup menu.
Click OK.
- The Client and Service Information will populate into the appointment.
- Make any changes and adjustments as needed.
If the service is billable, then a new tab for Insurance Billing tab will be available on the top.
- Click Validate to validate the appointment for possible issues.
- Click Save & Continue to save the info and continue to edit the appointment.
- Click Save & Close to save and close the appointment, which will then be visible on the schedule.
Edit an Appointment
- Click on the Appointment to open/edit it.
This will bring up the Update Appointment window.
- Make any changes needed, such as Start/End Times, Services, etc.
- Click Cancel to cancel out of the Update Appointment window.
- Click Remove to remove the appointment from the calendar.
- Click Validate to validate the appointment for possible issues.
- Click Save & Continue to save the info and continue to edit the appointment.
- Click Save & Close to save and close the appointment, which will then be visible on the schedule.
