This article will walk you through the steps to Add Appointment Notes to an appointment in GO (mobile).
Add Appointment Notes
- Click on the Appointment to open/edit it.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the appointment.
- Click the +(Plus) to expand the section you want to add notes in (Office Notes, Activity Notes, or Results Notes.
NOTE: The number on the right side shows the character limit for each section. For example "0 of 1000" would mean that they are 0 characters currently entered, but you have a limit of up to 1000. And "25 of 2500" would mean there are currently 25 characters entered, out of a limit of 2500.

Type in your notes.
- Click Save & Close or Save & Continue when finished.
