This article will walk you through the steps to Lock Schedules in GO (mobile).
Your office may require you to lock your schedule at the end of every pay period. Before locking your schedule, you will want to confirm that all your appointments are appropriately rendered.

Lock Your Schedule
IMPORTANT: This cannot be undone.
- Click the Lock icon for Locked Through at the bottom-left of the screen.
- Use the Calendar icon to change the date (if needed) and click I affirm this statement.
- Click OK on the Schedule Locked confirmation popup.
- Your new Locked through date will now display on the bottom left.
Locking Problems
If you have appointments that have not been rendered in this period, you will receive a warning popup with the list of Locking Problems. You may choose to Lock Anyway, however, you should follow your internal office policies on locking schedules for pay periods before doing this.
