This article will walk you through generating an RBT Audit Log for one or multiple staff. You must have RBT Supervision set up and be using it in order to create these logs. To learn more about RBT Supervision see RBT Supervision Tracking Overview.
Generate an RBT Audit Log
- Go to the Reporting tab.
Click Verification Forms. - On the Service Log Styles & Options popup window, click the dropdown for Style and select RBT Audit Log.
- Use the Arrows to select the month/year Period you want to pull the log for.
- Click the Box next to RBT Staff to open the Select Option and choose which Staff you want to include, or select All to include all staff.
Click OK. - Click Run in the bottom right when ready.
- Click Yes to the popup stating how many reports are about to generate.
- Choose the Folder where you want to save the report, then click OK.
- Select the Save Format and click Save.
Combine into one .ZIP file will combine all reports into one ZIP file.
Individual Files will keep all the reports as separate files. - Click OK on the popup stating that the Reports Generated Successfully.
- The Folder containing the Report will pop up automatically so that you can open, view, print, or send the report as needed.
