This article will show the user how to set up the RBT Supervision feature within the Staff record.

Set up or Update RBT Supervision

- Beginning on the Main Screen of your database.
- Click on Staff located on the left-hand side of the window.
Select the name of the Staff member’s record you wish to edit.
Double-click or hit Enter to open the Staff Record. - Verify that the Therapist/Service Provider checkbox is selected.
NOTE: This checkbox must be selected in order to use the RBT settings.
- In the RBT Supervision dropdown, select one of the options from the dropdown menu:
Provides – Select this option to indicate the staff has been authorized to provide RBT supervision.
Requires – Select this option to indicate the staff requires RBT supervision.
N/A - This is the default and indicates the staff does not require or provide RBT Supervision.

The RBT Supervision Effective Dates window will appear.
Status Type – The Status Type will display the status you selected from the dropdown menu.
Start Date – The RBT start date will default to today’s date.
Click within this field or use the mini calendar to change the date.
End Date – Click within this field or use the mini calendar to enter an end date of when the staff will no longer provide or require supervision - you may leave the latest row's End Date blank.
Click OK to set your changes.

If the staff already has an RBT Supervision status and it needs to be updated, then click on the Edit button next to the dropdown.
This will open the RBT Supervision Effective Dates window.

From here you can update the Staff’s Dates and/or enter a new Status Type. For example, if an RBT had required supervision but now provides supervision, it can be entered by adding an end date to the Requires status line and then by adding a new row for the Provides status.
Click OK to set your changes.

The RBT Supervision setup has been completed. Repeat these steps for each staff member that you wish to set up the RBT Supervision for.
