In order to help comply with CA Regional Center funding requirements for ABA providers to track Alternative Delivery of Services (due to COVID-19 outbreak) WebABA Enterprise has added new appointment fields and verification reports to streamline your practice's data collection and reporting needs.
In order to make use of these features, clients must first have active contracts with a Regional Center type Funding Source:
Service Appointments for these Regional Center contracts will now contain additional fields on the General and Service Action tabs for staff to indicate if any Alternative Delivery of Services were used for the appointment.
The Alternative Service Codes field will allow users to select one or more codes if the associated tasks were completed during the appointment. These codes feature descriptions in accordance with CA-DDS directives.
The Backup Documentation dropdown list allows users to select pre-defined methods of documenting the Delivery of Alternative Services.
Users can also type in whatever they choose if the predefined list does not provide any accurate options.
The predefined list can be updated from Settings -> Customized Lists -> Backup Documentation
Once codes have been added to Service appointments, the admin user will be able to generate Verification Forms (either per-client or in-bulk) using the option for Remote and Alternative Services Delivery.

A separate report will be generated for each client. Each report will display one date of service per row, and codes/descriptions for multiple appointments on the same day will be combined.
The "Description" column of the report pulls from the appointments' Activity Notes field.
