This article will walk you through resetting your password from GO mobile.
Reset Password from GO
- First, click Run NPAGo on your practice's login page.
- Next, click on the Forgot password? button on the login screen.
- Enter your Username and Password associated with the user in NPAGo.
Click Send Email to request a reset link.
- If the Username is found and the email on file matches, you will see the message below.
Click Close.
- Check your email inbox after a minute or so, and an email called "A Password Reset has been requested for your account." should arrive.
If not, be sure to check the Spam folder or any folder for suspended emails. - Click on the link in the email, or copy and paste the link text beneath it into your web browser.
- A new window will open after clicking the link, and here you will be able to reset your password.
NOTE: Your password must be:
- 8 or more characters in length
- At least 1 lowercase character
- At least 1 UPPERCASE character
- At least 1 number (0-9)
- If successful, you will see the following result.
Click Close.
