If you are an Admin user within your organization using an NPAGo on a mobile device, such as a tablet or smartphone, and do not have access to the Scheduling Matrix - here is a simple workaround to enable it.
First, ensure the device has Screen Rotation enabled. This can usually be found in the quick settings shelf at the top or bottom of your device home screen depending on the device type. E.G., iPhone, Android, or Windows.
On an iPhone you may need to turn OFF Screen Orientation Lock to allow the screen to rotate sideways.
Next, locate and open your device's internet browser options (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
Turn ON Desktop Site mode. (Some browsers list the setting as Request Desktop Site).
Next, rotate your device so that NPAGo now appears horizontally.
Tap to expand the NPAGo menu in the top right - you should now see the Scheduling Matrix button.
If you still do not see the Scheduling Matrix feature, you may need to close the menu and swipe down to refresh the screen. Then open the menu again and the feature will be available.
Please note: This may not work on all device types and the device must be used horizontally (Sideways) for usage of the full feature.
