This article will walk you through the steps to Add or Edit a School Record.

Add a School
- Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first agency to expand.
- Select Schools.
- Click the Add button to open a new School window.
This will bring up the School Details window.
- If you have a School District as a Funding Source you can connect that here by selecting the District dropdown.
- Enter the Name, AKA, and Address information for this school.
- Enter Phone numbers and select the type of phone from the drop-down.
- Enter the main Contact and Contact Title, if you have one.
- Enter the Location Code and Local District if you have those.
NOTE: You can change the font size of the School list by checking the box for the font size of Small, Medium, or Large from Font Size under the Home tab.
Edit a School
- Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first agency to expand.
- Select Schools.
- Select the School from the list.
- Click the Edit button from under the Home tab.
- Make any changes you need and then click OK.
