This article will walk you through the steps to Add a new Client Record.
Add a New Client Record
- Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first location to expand.
- Select Clients.
- Click the Add button to open a new Client window.
This will bring up the Client window.
- Enter the Name, Gender, and DOB.
- Enter Ethnicity by selecting from the drop-down.
This is a customizable field.
- Enter Family Language by selecting from the dropdown.
This is a customizable field.
- Enter Client Language by selecting from the drop-down.
This is a customizable field.
- Enter Type, optional.
This is a customizable field. - Enter Status by selecting from the drop-down.
This is a customizable field.
- Enter School Grade by selecting from the drop-down.
This is not automatically updated every year; it must be manually changed.
- Click Save or Save & Close when finished.
NOTE: You can change the font size of the Client List by checking the box for the font size of Small, Medium, or Large from Font Size under the Home tab.
