Our GO Plan is designed to make your WebABA Enterprise onboarding process an easy one.
The WebABA Team Leaders partner with you and your team through each GO Phase to ensure proper training and understanding of the practice management software, as well as NPA GO.
From the very start, we are with you every step of the way and will continue to be with you throughout.
GO PHASE 1: DISCOVERY
Time Estimate: 2-3 HOURS (Video Training)
The primary focus of this phase is to begin the setup and data entry process. To ensure a smooth process, during our initial call we will provide you with an overview of the implementation plan. As you watch the GO Phase 1 training videos, you will need to prepare the following information for a smoother process of entering your data.
ACTION ITEMS
Organization information (EIN, NPI, address, phone, email....).
List of credentials required for tracking and providing services (BCBA, Masters, RBT...).
Staff information (name, title, pay codes, credentials, hire dates, NPI#’s...).
Client information (name, guardian contact info, authorization, contract details, UCL/Insured ID#...).
List of non-service days.
Services your organization provides (direct, supervision, assessment, H-codes, T-codes...).
Funding source information (name, address, payer ID#, rates, unit size, CPT codes.

GO PHASE 2: APPLICATION

GO PHASE 2.5: SECURITY SETUP
Time Estimate: 1 HOUR (Video Training)
Review user roles and set parameters on what each staff member will be able to do and see when they login to NPAWorks.
ATTENDEES
CEO, Assigned NPAWorks Superuser Office Manager, Clinical Directors, and/or anyone overseeing the NPAWorks process.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED
Have an idea of different security levels you want in the system (i.e. Therapist, Supervisor, Administrator, Billing Specialist, etc.) and begin to formulate a plan on what you want each roll to be able to do and see in the system.

GO PHASE 3: PILOT TEAM
Time Estimate: 2-3 HOURS (Video Training)
Once you have completed both the Discovery and Application phases you will be ready to choose your pilot team. During this phase, you will pick your test group for a trial run of NPAWorks. The pilot team should consist of 1-2 staff from each admin department and 7-8 staff from your clinical department. This phase will be executed in parallel with your current billing and payroll processes to ensure a smooth transition from your current systems to NPAWorks.
